摘要
基于组织支持理论和主动动机模型,考察组织支持感和徒弟知识共享在企业师徒关系与徒弟角色内行为间的多重链式中介效应,基于375份导师徒弟有效配对数据进行实证分析。结果表明:企业师徒关系对徒弟角色内行为具有显著正向影响;组织支持感和徒弟知识共享分别以及先后在企业师徒关系与徒弟角色内行为之间发挥中介作用。
Based on organizational support theory and proactive motivation model, this paper investigates the mediating roles of perceived organizational support knowledge sharing on the relationship between enterprise mentorship and apprentice’s in-role behavior. Based on the empirical analysis of 375 matched data, results show that enterprise mentorship is positively related to apprentice′s in-role behavior, and perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing play multiple mediating effects in this relationship.
