子弹侵彻装甲钢板数值仿真分析

摘要 为了研究装甲钢板抗子弹侵彻性能,根据子弹及装甲钢板实物模型建立了二分之一对称有限元模型,通过修正、调整材料本构模型及失效模型参数,开展弹-靶高速冲击有限元数值模拟,并与实弹试验进行了对标,使数值模拟结果与实弹打靶结果变形大小及破坏现象一致,实现了子弹打靶拟实化数值仿真。结果表明子弹及靶板的材料参数对仿真结果影响极大。 In order to study the bullet penetration resistance of armored steel plates,a half-symmetric finite element model is established based on the physical model of bullets and armored steel plates.By modifying and adjusting the parameters of material constitutive model and failure model,the projectile-target high-speed impact finite element numerical simulation is carried out,and the benchmarking is carried out with the live ammunition test,so that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the deformation and failure phenomenon of live ammunition shooting results,and the virtual numerical simulation of bullet shooting is realized.The results show that the material parameters of bullet and target have great influence on the simulation results.
