民用飞机飞行使用载荷谱数据清洗方法研究

Research on the method of cleaning use-relatedload spectrum data in the flight of civil aircraft

提出了一种民用飞机飞行载荷谱数据清洗方法。首先将原始载荷谱中的局部峰谷值提取出来,组成峰谷值数据库;其次建立了“四点法”评定规则,对峰谷值数据库数据进行清洗,将小于门槛值的载荷循环截除,得到清洗谱。实例验证结果表明,该方法在保证原始谱载荷次序不变的基础上,能够有效地截除对疲劳损伤影响较小的载荷循环,从而提高数据处理的效率。

This paper proposes a method of cleaning load spectrum data in the flight of civil aircraft.First,extract the local peak and valley values in the original load spectrum to form the peak and valley value database.Secondly,establish a"four-point method"evaluation principle for cleaning the peak and valley value database,and the load cycles that are less than the fatigue threshold are cut off,then the cleaning spectrum is obtained.The results of example verification show that this method can effectively cut off the load cycles that have less influence on the fatigue damage on the basis of ensuring that the original spectrum load sequence remains unchanged,thereby improving the efficiency of data processing.
