自动制孔系统在复材舵面上制孔的工艺参数研究 被引量:3

摘要 在研究传统制孔工艺的基础上,对叠层复材制孔工艺进行了深入研究,制定了复材舵面叠层制孔工艺参数测试方法。分析了影响制孔质量的关键工艺参数,从主轴转速、进给量、孔径3个方面分析了制孔过程中的异常现象,分别从复材面加工制孔及铝合金面加工制孔,对制孔质量的相关数据进行统计分析。总结了在不同主轴转速、进给量、进给速度的情况下,制孔变形量与孔径质量之间的关系,形成了夹芯复材舵面孔加工方案的制定体系,改进了复材舵面自动制孔系统的制孔工艺参数。 Based on the study of the traditional hole making process,the hole making process of laminated composite is deeply studied,and the test method of the hole making process parameters of laminated composite rudder is established.This paper analyzes the key process parameters that affect the quality of hole making,and analyzes the abnormal phenomena in the process of hole making from three aspects of spindle speed,feed rate and hole diameter.The relevant data of hole making quality are statistically analyzed from the aspects of compound material surface processing and aluminum alloy surface processing.The relationship between the deformation and the quality of the hole diameter under different spindle speed,feed rate and feed rate are summarized.The system of making the machining plan of the sandwich composite rudder surface is formed,and the process parameters of the automatic drilling system of the composite rudder surface are improved.
