“2+4”教学模式在高职护理专业人体解剖学教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的构建“2+4”教学模式,探讨其在高职护理专业人体解剖学教学中的应用效果。方法2020至2021学年第一学期以辽宁医药职业学院2020级护理专业4个班学生为研究对象,针对人体解剖学课程,1和3班(共55人)为对照组,采用传统教学模式;4和5班(共57人)为试验组,采用“2+4”教学模式。结课后,对两组学生的综合成绩分段情况、综合成绩平均分进行比较,并调查试验组学生的课堂感受。结果试验组学生对“2+4”教学模式的课堂感受持肯定态度,大部分认为其对专业技能、自主学习能力、学习积极性、学习效率和课堂氛围的提升有一定的促进作用。与对照组比较,试验组成绩的优秀率以及均分明显更高(均P<0.05)。结论“2+4”教学模式在高职护理专业人体解剖学教学中的应用效果良好,可在其他基础医学教学甚至专业教学中加以推广,有助于提高学生职业能力、职业素养和综合竞争力。 Objective To explore the effect of“2+4”teaching mode on human anatomy teaching in higher vocational nursing specialty.Methods In the first semester of 2020-2021 academic year,four classes of students who majored in nursing of grade 2020 in Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine were selected as the research object.And 55 students from class 1 and class 3 were selected as the control group where the traditional teaching mode of human anatomy was adopted.The students in Class 4 and Class 5(n=57)were enrolled into experimental group where“2+4”human anatomy teaching mode was adopted.At the end of the learning,the two groups of students'comprehensive scores were compared.And the feelings of the students in experimental group were investigated.Results The students in experimental group held positive attitude to“2+4”teaching mode of classroom experience.Most of the students believed that the“2+4”teaching mode had a certain role in promoting professional skills,independent learning ability,learning enthusiasm,learning efficiency and classroom atmosphere.Compared with the students in control group,the excellent rate and average score of the experimental group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The“2+4”model has a good effect in the teaching of human anatomy in higher vocational nursing specialty which can be promoted in other basic medical teaching and even professional teaching.It is helpful to improve students'professional ability,professional quality and comprehensive competitiveness.
