摘要
目的探讨基于SPOC的“金课”模式的效果及可行性。方法选取2018年9月至2019年12月德阳市人民医院85名胃肠外科护理实习生作为研究对象,对照组为单月入科(n=42),试验组为双月入科(n=43)。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用基于SPOC的“金课”模式。在出科前对两组护理实习生的理论成绩、操作成绩和评判性思维能力得分进行比较。结果试验组的理论成绩、操作成绩、评判性思维能力各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SPOC的“金课”模式相比传统教育模式更具有优势,可以在临床推广,但其占用师生较多课前时间的问题仍有待探讨。
Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of Golden Class mode based on SPOC.Methods Eighty-five nursing interns at gastrointestinal surgery in People's Hospital of Deyang City from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divide into control group and research group according to the admission order.The interns in control group were taught by traditional teaching mode.And the interns in experimental group were taught by Gold Class model based on SPOC.Before leaving department,the theoretical performance,operation performance and critical thinking ability scores of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The interns in experimental group had higher scores of theory,operation and the ability of critical thinking in all dimensions compared to the ones in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The SPOC-based Golden Class mode has more advantages than the traditional education model.However,the problems of occupying time should still be discussed.
