Research progress of pain in stroke patients

为提高医务工作者在临床实践中对脑卒中患者疼痛的医疗及护理管理的重视,促进脑卒中患者转归结局,作者依据疼痛最新定义的思考,查阅脑卒中疾病患者疼痛相关研究文献,分析脑卒中患者疼痛的相关因素,根据疼痛评价工具、疼痛护理管理模式及指标构建,提出了脑卒中疼痛护理管理的方向。

To improve the medical and nursing management of stroke patients in clinical practice,based on the latest definition,the risk factors of pain in stroke patients will be analyzed in this article.According to the pain evaluation tools,pain care management model and index construction,the shortcomings and prospects in stroke pain care management will be put forward.
