基于King目标实现理论在人工流产受术者稳定情绪及缓解疼痛中的应用

Clinical nursing based on the theory of goal attainment for emotional stability and pain relief in artificial abortion patients

目的分析基于King目标实现理论在人工流产受术者减轻疼痛及稳定情绪中的应用效果。方法选择2019年5月至12月在无锡市妇幼保健院行人工流产术的126例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=63)和试验组(n=63),对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上以king目标实现理论为指导思想进行护理干预,对比两组患者护理前后的心理健康情况(SAS/SDS)、术前紧张程度、护理后的生活质量(SF-36)、术后疼痛程度(NRS)和护理满意率。结果护理前两组患者的心理健康情况差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术前紧张程度和术后疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,SF-36评分和护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于King目标实现理论而进行的护理干预应用于人工流产受术者,可有效稳定患者情绪,使其在良好状态下接受手术,从而达到减轻疼痛、提高生活质量和护理满意度的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of the theory of goal attainment for pain relief and emotional stability in induced abortion patients.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent induced abortion in Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=63)and experimental group(n=63).The patients in control group received routine care.On the basis of the intervention in control group,the patients in experimental group were treated with the theory of goal attainment as the guiding ideology for nursing intervention.Mental health condition(SAS/SDS),preoperative stress,quality of life(SF-36),postoperative pain(NRS)and nursing satisfaction rate before and after the nursing between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention of nursing,there was no significant difference on mental health condition between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which was superior in experimental group after the intervention.(P<0.05).The scores of preoperative stress and postoperative pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the scores of SF-36 and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the theory of goal attainment can effectively stabilize patients'emotions,so as to achieve the effect of reducing pain,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
