飞机机身材料对舱内电磁环境影响的仿真研究

Simulation Study on Influence of Aircraft Fuselage Material on Cabin Electromagnetic Environment

摘要 为了进一步提高飞机对雷电间接效应的防护能力,通过CST MS工作室,建立全机仿真模型,在机头和机尾分别设置闪电附着点和离开点,电流波形取SAE-ARP5412电流A波形,开展了飞机机身材料对雷电间接效应的影响的建模仿真研究。比较了雷击时不同机身材料对飞机舱内电磁环境的影响,获取了复合材料对场分量的影响规律。仿真分析表明,该方法可有效获取雷击时不同机身和机窗材料对于机舱内场分量的影响情况,为飞机舱内电子设备的防雷设计和今后开展的相关研究工作奠定了基础。 In order to further improve the aircraft’s protection against indirect effects of lightning,a simulation model of the entire aircraft was established through the CST MS studio,and lightning attachment points and departure points were set at the aircraft nose and tail respectively.The current waveform was taken from the SAE-ARP5412 current A waveform.The modeling and simulation study of the influence of aircraft fuselage materials on the indirect effects of lightning are presented.The influence of different fuselage materials on the electromagnetic environment in the aircraft cabin during lightning strikes was compared,and the influence law of composite materials on the field components was obtained.Simulation analysis shows that this method can effectively obtain the influence of different fuselage and window materials on the cabin field component during lightning strikes,which lays the foundation for the lightning protection design of the cabin electronic equipment and related research in the future.
