摘要
针对变电站箱式设备凝露现象的危害,分析了凝露形成原因及现有防凝露方法的局限性,提出将超疏水绝缘材料(SIM)应用于解决箱式设备防凝露问题上。通过与室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)涂料的对比实验,验证了SIM涂层的超疏水性能可有效减少水滴黏附,在高压条件下SIM涂层表面泄漏电流幅值较低,涂层较低的吸水性使高湿度条件无法明显影响其超疏水性能。
Towards the vapor condensation phenomenon hazard in Box-type equipment,the cause of its formation together with the limitations of the currently utilized anti-condensation approaches were analyzed,presented the idea of using Superhydrophobic Insulating Material(SIM)for handling the issue.Through the comparative tests with Room Temperature Vulcanized Silicon Rubber(RTV),it had been verified SIM has better hydrophobicity,and could reduce the adhesion of droplets,the leakage current amplitude on the surface of SIM under high voltage was lower than that of RTV,the superhydrophobicity of SIM could not be affected significantly by high humidity.
