异黄酮类植物雌激素防治乳腺癌的研究进展

Research progress of isoflavone phytoestrogens in prevention and treatment of breast cancer

乳腺癌是全球女性最常被诊断的癌症,对女性健康造成严重威胁。异黄酮类植物雌激素是一种广泛存在于自然界的具有雌激素性质的植物化合物,因其对乳腺癌在内的多种癌症有显著疗效且无明显毒副作用和耐药性而备受关注。本文综述了异黄酮类植物雌激素作用于乳腺癌的研究进展,以期为临床乳腺癌的防治提供新思路。

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer among women in the world,which poses a serious threat to women’s health.Isoflavone phytoestrogen is a kind of plant compound with estrogenic properties,which widely exists in nature.It has attracted much attention because of its remarkable curative effect on many cancers including breast cancer,without obvious toxic and side effects and obvious drug resistance.In this paper,the pharmacological effects and mechanism of isoflavones phytoestrogens on breast cancer were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
