摘要
如何准确测试固体发动机复合材料壳体的高温力学性能,评价固体发动机结构的安全性和寿命,是一个非常复杂的研究课题。结合工程实际,设计研制了一种固体发动机高温轴压试验装置,可进行直径0.5米,高温200℃,轴压200吨的高温轴压试验。通过大量缩比壳体的高温轴压试验,对固体发动机复合材料壳体高温轴压性能进行了有效地探索。试验结果为优化固体发动机复合材料壳体结构设计提供了重要依据。
How to accurately test the high temperature mechanical properties of the composite material shell of the solid engine and evaluate the safety and life of the solid engine structure is a very complex research topic.Combined with engineering prac-tice,a high temperature axial pressure test device for solid engine is designed and developed,which can be used for high temperature axial pressure test with diameter of 0.5m,high temperature of 200℃ and axial pressure of 200 tons.Through a large number of high-temperature axial pressure tests of the scaled shell,the high-temperature axial pressure perfor-mance of the composite shell of solid engine is effectively explored.The test results provide an important basis for opti-mizing the structural design of the composite shell of solid engine.
