摘要
随着2015年唐钢不锈钢公司配套高强汽车板项目建设以来,唐钢公司为了加强产品质量管理,与普瑞特公司合作,开发了面向过程管控的全过程质量控制(Through Process and Quality Control)系统既TPQC系统,本文主要从TPQC系统的硬件架构和软件功能介绍了不锈钢公司的TPQC系统的基本构架、数据流程设计,及其生产使用效果。
With the construction of high strength automobile plate project of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd in 2015,in order to strengthen product quality management,Tangshan Iron and Steel Company,in cooperation with Pratt Company,develops the whole process quality control(Through Process and Quality Control)system TPQC system.This paper mainly focuses on the hardware structure and software function of TPQC system.The basic structure,data flow design and production ef-fect of TPQC system of Steel Stainless Steel Co.Ltd.are introduced.
