摘要
针对近年来采油井口被频繁盗取,而传统防盗采油井口阀门无法有效实现防盗,误告警次数高的问题,研究了一种程序控制式防盗采油井口阀门。将STC15W0S单片机当成核心,利用对不同I/O端口的控制完成对各模块的控制,详细分析了GSM电路、告警电路以及振动电路。软件设计时,从主程序设计与子程序设计两个方面实现,子程序设计包含报警子程序设计、控制子程序设计。经验证,设计程序控制式防盗采油井口阀门误告警次数少。
In view of the frequent theft of oil production wellhead in recent years,but the traditional anti-theft oil production wellhead valve can not effectively realize the anti-theft and high frequency of no alarm,a program-controlled anti-theft oil production wellhead valve is studied.STC15W0S single chip microcomputer is regarded as the core,and the control of each module is completed by controlling different I/O ports.The GSM circuit,alarm circuit and vibration circuit are analyzed in detail.In software design,it is realized from two aspects of main program design and subprogram design.Subprogram design includes alarm subprogram design and control subprogram design.After verification,the number of false alarms of the designed of program-controlled anti-theft production wellhead valve is less.
