子午流注择时皮肤针疗法治疗特应性皮炎的临床对照研究

Clinical controlled trial on treatment of atopic dermatitis with time-selected der-mato-acupuncture by midnight-noon ebb-flow

目的观察子午流注择时皮肤针疗法对特应性皮炎患者血清IgE表达水平及表皮通透屏障功能的影响。方法将60例特应性皮炎患者随机分成子午流注择时皮肤针组和子午流注择时针刺组,每组30例。两组选穴均按照子午流注纳甲法选择申时相应穴位进行开穴,子午流注择时皮肤针组进行皮肤针叩刺疗法,子午流注择时针刺组则进行常规针刺疗法。两组每天治疗1次,1周为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前和3个疗程治疗后的血清IgE水平的变化及皮肤表皮角质层含水量、经皮水分流失、表皮皮脂含量、皮肤弹性(R2值)。结果与本组治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清IgE水平、经皮水分流失均降低,皮肤表皮角质层含水量、经皮水分流失、表皮皮脂含量、皮肤弹性(R2值)均升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与子午流注择时针刺组治疗后比较,子午流注择时皮肤针组血清IgE水平、经皮水分流失均降低,皮肤表皮角质层含水量、经皮水分流失、表皮皮脂含量、皮肤弹性(R2值)均升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时皮肤针对特应性皮炎具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of time-selected dermatoacupuncture with midnight-noon ebb-flow on serum IgE expression and epidermal permeability barrier function in patients with atopic dermatitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the midnight-noon ebb-flow time-selection dermatoacupuncture group(skin needle tapping therapy)and the midnight-noon ebb-flow time-selection regular acupuncture group(conventional acupuncture therapy),with 30 cases in each group.Acupoints in the two groups were selected according to the midnight-noon ebb-flow Najia method,and the corresponding acupoints were selected for acupoint opening.Both groups were treated once a day,1 week as a course of treatment,for 3 consecutive courses.The changes of serum IgE level,epidermal cuticle water content,transdermal water loss,epidermal sebum content and skin elasticity(R2 value)were observed before and after 3 courses of treatment in the groups.Results Compared with that before the treatment,the serum IgE level and percutaneous water loss of the two groups decreased,and the skin cuticle water content,percutaneous water loss,epidermal sebum content and skin elasticity(R2 value)increased after the treatment(all P<0.05).Compared with the regular acupuncture group after the treatment,the serum IgE level and percutaneous water loss in the dematoacupuncture group decreased,and the skin cuticle water content,percutaneous water loss,epidermal sebum content and skin elasticity(R2 value)increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion midnight-noon ebb-flow time-selection dermatoacupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on atopic dermatitis.
