食管癌患者术后应用规范化疼痛护理对于改善患者疼痛情况与负性情绪的效果研究

Study on effect of standardized pain nursing on improving patients'pain and negative emotion after esophagus cancer operation

目的探讨食管癌患者术后应用规范化疼痛护理对于改善患者疼痛情况与负性情绪的效果。方法选取2020年6月1日—2021年3月31日在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院胸外二科接受食管癌手术治疗的86例患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予常规干预,研究组在常规干预基础上实施规范化疼痛护理,对比两组患者负性情绪、术后疼痛、睡眠质量及并发症情况。结果手术后1周、2周研究组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术后不同时间点VAS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者术后应用规范化疼痛护理干预可有效缓解患者负性情绪对后续治疗与护理工作带来的影响,降低术后疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量,从而有效控制或减少并发症的发生,提高手术疗效,该模式具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized postoperative pain nursing for patients with esophageal cancer on the improvement of pain and negative emotions.Methods A total of 86 patients who received surgical treatment for esophageal cancer in the second Department of thoracic surgery of the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 1,2020 to March 31,2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the research group implemented standardized pain nursing on the basis of routine intervention.The negative emotions,postoperative pain and sleep quality and complications were determined.Results The scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).The VAS score and the incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group at different time points after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with esophageal cancer received standardized pain nursing intervention,can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients on the subsequent treatment and nursing work,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve the quality of sleep,so as to effectively control or reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the surgical effect.this mode has high clinical application value.
