The current situation of domestic PVC industry was analyzed from aspects of production,import and export,market and application.Relevant national policies on PVC industry were introduced.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the domestic PVC industry was regulated by both international conventions on environmental protection,energy and low carbon,and national policies on environmental protection,energy and industry,the industrial upgrading and transformation was gradually on the right track.The major production,safety,environmental protection and technical events which occurred in the PVC industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period were reviewed,and the PVC production capacity growth during the 14th Five-Year Plan period was forecasted.The main practical production technologies of the PVC industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period were listed,and the main problems existing in the domestic PVC industry were analyzed.
