大行程高精度步进缝纫系统结构设计与优化

Structural design and optimization of a large-stroke high-precision stepping sewing system

摘要 基于汽车侧安全气帘缝纫市场的迫切需求,在现有花饰缝纫机的基础上设计了大行程的步进缝纫系统。该系统主要包括步进装置和辅助装置两部分,其中步进装置由移动装置、定位装置和夹紧装置3部分组成,辅助装置主要包括缝纫模板以及前、后延伸台。通过移动装置、定位装置以及夹紧装置的协调运动,在保证0.1 mm缝纫精度的前提下,将花饰缝纫机的可缝纫长度由之前的400 mm扩大至2000 mm,实现了对侧安全气帘等材料的大行程缝纫。通过有限元仿真分析,对夹紧装置的夹紧结构进一步优化,有效改善了夹紧装置的受力情况,满足了使用要求。 Based on the urgent needs of the automotive side safety air curtain sewing market,a large-stroke stepping sewing system is designed on the basis of the existing floral sewing machine.The system mainly includes a stepping device and an auxiliary device.The stepping device is composed of three parts such as a moving device,a positioning device and a clamping device.The auxiliary device mainly includes a sewing template,front extension table and rear extension table.Through the coordinated movement of the moving device,the positioning device and the clamping device,under the premise of ensuring the sewing accuracy of 0.1 mm,the sewing length of the floral sewing machine is expanded from the previous 400 mm to 2000 mm,realizing the large stroke sewing of materials such as the opposite side safety air curtain.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the clamping structure of the clamping device is further optimized,the force of the clamping device is effectively improved,and the application requirements are met.
