设计与生产了一种海藻炭/芦荟/棉混纺府绸衬衫面料。首先介绍了海藻炭纤维与芦荟纤维的性能与特点,以及纱线与织物规格等产品设计方案,并对络筒、经浆、织造和后整理工序的工艺进行了分析与优化设计。试织结果为:织机效率>92%,下机一等品率>87%,入库一等品率>99%。成品经过检测,主要质量指标与功能性指标均达到优等品标准要求。产品具有轻薄、保暖等特点及亲肤、保健等功效,可用于制作高档保健功能性衬衫。

A kind of seaweed carbon/aloe/cotton blended healthy poplin shirt fabric is designed and produced.Firstly,the properties and characteristics of seaweed carbon fiber and aloe fiber,the product design such as yarn design and fabric specification are introduced.The processes of winding,sizing,weaving and finishing are analyzed and optimized.The trial results show that the loom efficiency is over 92%,the first-class product rate is over 87%,and the first-class product rate is over 99%.After testing,the main quality indexes and functional indexes of the finished product can meet the requirements of standard of excellent products.The product has the characteristics of light,warm,skin-friendly and health care.It can be used to make high-grade functional shirts.
