镀铝聚酯纤维的定性鉴别及其铝含量测定 被引量:1

Qualitative identification of aluminum coated polyester fiber and determination of aluminum content

摘要 为了准确鉴别镀铝聚酯纤维,选用显微镜法、燃烧法、溶解法和ICP-OES定性分析等方法对镀铝聚酯纤维进行分析,并用ICP-OES定量分析方法测定纤维中的铝含量。结果表明,采用以上方法可很好地鉴别镀铝聚酯纤维。显微镜下纤维纵向呈黑色不透明带状,横截面呈长条状,靠近火焰时熔缩,在燃烧和溶解时与聚酯纤维有许多相同之处,ICPOES定性分析结果显示纤维中含有铝。测定铝含量时,测量范围内标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.99966,检出限为2.9 mg/kg,加标回收率为91.5%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.65%,说明该方法正确度和重复性较好。 In order to accurately identify the aluminum coated polyester fiber,the aluminum coated polyester fiber is analyzed by microscopy,combustion method,dissolution method and ICP-OES qualitative analysis,and the aluminum content of the fiber is determined by ICP-OES quantitative analysis method.The results show that the aluminum coated polyester fiber could be identified by the above methods.Longitudinal view of the fiber is black and opaque ribbon,and the cross section is long strip shape.The fiber is melting and shrinking near the flame,and there are many similarities between the aluminum coated polyester fiber and polyester fiber in combustion and dissolution.The qualitative analysis results of ICP-OES show that the fiber contains aluminum.When determining aluminum content,the standard curve within the measurement range has good linearity,the correlation coefficient is 0.99966,the detection limit is 2.9 mg/kg,the recovery rate is 91.5%~101.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.04%~2.65%,indicating that the method has good accuracy and repeatability.
