PBL联合CBL教学法在麻醉专业见习教学中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在麻醉专业见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6—9月的68名麻醉专业本科见习学生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,对照组采用常规带教法,观察组采用PBL联合CBL教学法,对比两组带教成绩、教学反馈等指标。结果(1)见习结束后,两组麻醉理论知识考核成绩均明显提升,其中观察组的基础知识题(92.6±2.3)分、理解记忆题(93.5±2.4)分、临床应用题(93.3±4.1)分、综合分析题(92.4±1.7)分,均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;(2)见习结束后,两组麻醉操作技能考核成绩均明显提升,其中观察组麻醉前访视(95.4±2.9)分、麻醉药物应用(93.1±2.8)分、麻醉问题处理(91.2±4.5)分,麻醉技能操作(93.3±5.2)分,均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;(3)观察组见习生对见习教学的反馈明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;(4)观察组对教学的满意度为97.1%,对照组对教学的满意度为73.5%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在麻醉专业见习教学中应用PBL联合CBL教学法有助于增强见习生的知识及临床实践能力,提升教学满意度,整体教学效果较好,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in probation teaching of anesthesia specialty.Methods A total of 68 undergraduate students majoring in anesthesia from June to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 students in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching method,while the observation group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The teaching results and teaching feedback of the two groups were compared.Results(1)After the internship,the scores of theoretical knowledge of anesthesia in both groups were significantly improved.The scores of basic knowledge questions(92.6±2.3)points,comprehension and memory questions(93.5±2.4)points,clinical application questions(93.3±4.1)points,and comprehensive analysis questions(92.4±1.7)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(2)After the internship,the performance of anesthesia operation skills of the two groups was significantly improved.The observation group received(95.4±2.9)points for pre-anesthesia visit,(93.1±2.8)points for anesthesia drug application,(91.2±4.5)points for anesthesia problem treatment,and(93.3±5.2)points for anesthesia operation,all of which were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(3)The feedback of students in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(4)The teaching satisfaction of the observation group is 97.1%,the teaching satisfaction of the control group is 73.5%,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the probation teaching of anesthesia specialty is helpful to enhance the trainee's knowledge and clinical practice ability,improve the teaching satisfaction,and the overall teaching effect is good,which is worthy of popularization and application.
