摘要
医学影像诊断学是当前发展较快的临床学科之一。由于其技术更新较快,现有的医学影像诊断教材及方法具有滞后性。新的技术和理论在现有的教材中体现较少,教材的更替相对较慢,不能满足培养高素质影像医师的要求。之前医学诊断学教学以学科为基础,教师传授、学生被动接受的教学模式为主;不仅学生积极性不高,缺乏主动性和创新思维,而且团队协作能力和师生的凝聚力较低。PBL教学法是由美国神经病学教授Barrows提出的一种课程模式,于1985年开始应用。该教学法强调学生自主学习,班级若干个学生组成学习小组,讨论教师所提出的问题,查阅相关问题的文献、内容,学习相关知识。把学习知识置于有意义的问题情境中,通过分析问题、解决问题、总结问题的途径学习问题背后的知识,培养学生自主学习的能力。这种教学法打破了学科之间的界限,在我国部分医学院试行效果显著。本研究从六个方面来概述PBL教学法在医学影像诊断学教学中的应用情况。
Medical imaging diagnostics is one of the clinical disciplines with rapid development.Due to its rapid technical update,the existing medical image diagnosis teaching materials and methods lag behind.New technologies and theories are less reflected in the existing teaching materials,and the replacement of teaching materials is relatively slow,which can not meet the requirements of training high-quality imaging doctors.In the past,the teaching of medical diagnostics was based on disciplines,mainly taught by teachers and passively accepted by students;Not only students'enthusiasm is not high,lack of initiative and innovative thinking,but also their teamwork ability and the cohesion of teachers and students are low.PBL teaching method is a curriculum model proposed by barrows,an American professor of Neurology.It was applied in 1985.This teaching method emphasizes students'autonomous learning.Several students in the class form a learning group to discuss the problems raised by the teacher,consult the literature and content of relevant problems,and learn relevant knowledge.Put the learning knowledge in a meaningful problem situation,learn the knowledge behind the problem by analyzing,solving and summarizing the problem,and cultivate students'ability of autonomous learning.This teaching method breaks the boundaries between disciplines and has achieved remarkable results in some medical colleges in China.This study summarizes the application of PBL teaching method in medical imaging diagnostics teaching from six aspects.
