肾内科临床教学中应用临床路径式教学法的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析肾内科临床教学中应用临床路径式教学法的价值。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月于医院肾内科实习的60名医学生作为研究对象,根据不同的教学方式分为对照组与实验组,两组各30人,对照组予以肾内科传统教学方式,实验组予以临床路径式教学方式,比较两组教学方式的应用价值。结果实验组学生在自学能力、处事能力、学习能力以及思维能力各方面均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的病例书写、病例分析以及理论成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生对教学质量的满意度高于对照组(96.67%vs.80.00%)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科临床教学方式中,应用临床路径式教学方式比传统教学方式更能提高实习医学生的自学能力、处事能力、学习能力以及思维能力等各方面,从而有效提高其学习成绩与对教学质量的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the value of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of nephrology.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,60 medical students who practiced in the nephrology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group,30 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method of Nephrology,and the experimental group was given the clinical pathway teaching method to compare the application value of the two teaching methods.Results the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in self-study ability,handling ability,learning ability and thinking ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in case writing,case analysis,theoretical and operational performance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in satisfaction with teaching quality(96.67%vs.80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with the traditional teaching method,the clinical pathway teaching method can improve the self-study ability,handling ability,learning ability,thinking ability and other aspects of the intern medical students,so as to effectively improve their academic performance and satisfaction with the teaching quality.
