医护四手操作培训在内镜护士手术配合技能中的应用效果

Application Effect of Four Hand Operation in Endoscopic Nurses'Operation Cooperation Skills

目的探讨医护四手操作在消化内镜专科护士手术配合技能培训中的应用效果。方法以参加2018年和2019年消化内镜专科护士培训的68名学员为研究对象。其中,以2019年的培训学员(30例)为观察组,采用医护四手操作模式进行培训;2018年的培训学员(38例)为对照组,采用传统的培训方法进行培训。培训结束后,比较两组学员的培训效果。结果观察组学员的手术配合技能考核成绩、学员对培训效果的评价、手术医生满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护四手操作培训,能有效提高消化内镜专科护士的手术配合技能,增加学员满意度,使医护配合更加默契。

Objective To evaluate the effects of four-hands technique of doctor-nurse collaboration in training operation cooperation skill of specialist nurses with digestive endoscopy.Methods Six-eighty nurses participating in the training of specialist nurses with digestive endoscopy were recruited.Trainees in 2019 were assigned to the observation group(n=30)with four-hands technique of doctor-nurse collaboration training,and trainees in 2018 were in the control group(n=38)receiving traditional training.After training the effect of the two groups of trainees was compared.Results The scores of operation cooperation skill,the satisfaction rate of training and the doctors’satisfaction degree in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Four-hands technique of doctor-nurse collaboration training can improve the operation cooperation skill and trainees’satisfaction,doctors and nurses showed better evaluation of the new training mode.
