目的探讨PDCA循环法在ICU护理实习带教中的应用价值。方法将医院80例ICU实习护生,双盲随机法分二组。参考组给予常规法带教,PDCA组实施PDCA模式教学。比较两组对教学行为的好评度、ICU护理实习中对书面内容的掌握度、ICU护理行为执行能力的考核评分。结果PDCA组对教学行为的好评度高于参考组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。PDCA组学生ICU护理实习中对书面内容的掌握度、ICU护理行为执行能力的考核评分高于参考组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论ICU实习护生实施PDCA模式教学效果确切,可提高ICU实习护生的书面内容的掌握度、护理行为执行能力,使其更好胜任日后的工作,并提高其对带教方法的认可。

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation method in ICU nursing practice teaching.Methods A total of 80 ICU interns in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.The reference group was given regular teaching,and the PDCA group implemented the PDCA mode of teaching.Comparing the two groups'praise of teaching behavior,mastery of written content in ICU nursing practice,and evaluation scores of ICU nursing behavior execution ability.Results The PDCA group's praise for teaching behavior was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The PDCA group students’mastery of written content and ICU nursing behavior performance assessment scores in ICU nursing practice were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The PDCA model teaching effect for ICU interns is accurate,which can improve the mastery of written content of ICU interns and the execution ability of nursing behaviors,make them better qualified for future work,and improve their recognition of teaching methods.
