互动式教学在血液透析室护理带教中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察血液透析室护理带教中应用互动式教学模式的效果。方法本文于医院2018年3月—2020年3月收集40例血液透析室护生资料,随机分组,对照组行传统护理带教方式,观察组行互动式教学。结果(1)护理质量:观察组的基本工作职责以及护理流程掌握能力、血液透析护理要点掌握能力、基本护理操作熟练度、护理风险防范意识、各类护理事件处理能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)临床护理考核成绩:观察组带教后理论知识、基础考核成绩以及专科操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)教学模式评价:观察组学习兴趣得到激发、对护理基础知识印象深刻、问题解决能力得到锻炼、护理临床思维得到培养,临床沟通能力得到提升情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析护理带教,通过应用以病历为引导的互动式教学模式,可有效提升带教质量,优化护生综合能力,护生的满意度较高。 Objective To observe the effect of interactive teaching mode in nursing teaching in hemodialysis room.Methods The data of 40 cases of nursing students in hemodialysis room were collected from March 2018 to March 2020,Random grouping,Traditional nursing instruction in the control group,The observation group conducted interactive teaching.Results(1)The quality of nursing care:the basic duty of the observation group and the ability to master the nursing process,the key points of hemodialysis nursing,the proficiency of basic nursing operation,the awareness of nursing risk prevention and the ability to deal with all kinds of nursing events were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).(2)Results of clinical nursing examination:after teaching,the theoretical knowledge,basic examination results and specialty operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Evaluation of teaching mode:the learning interest of the observation group was stimulated,the basic knowledge of nursing was impressed,the ability of problem solving was trained,the clinical thinking of nursing was cultivated,and the improvement of clinical communication ability was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis nursing teaching,the application of interactive teaching mode guided by medical records can effectively improve the quality of teaching,optimize the comprehensive ability of nursing students,and improve the satisfaction of nursing students.
