应用心理学专业危机干预能力的培养模式探索

Exploration on the Training Mode of Crisis Intervention Ability of Applied Psychology Major

突发公共卫生事件不仅造成生态环境破环、经济财产损失和人员伤亡,还给事件涉及的相关人群带来极大的心理冲击,甚至出现心理危机。而危机干预的评估、模式直接影响着突发事件心理危机干预效果,心理危机干预能力目前在应用心理学专业人才培养过程并未得到充分体现。因此,文章从不同的学习阶段、不同学员层次分析突发事件心理危机干预能力在应用心理学专业人才培养体系中的课程体系和教学训练设置现状,通过探索专业核心课程设置、专业技能训练、教学实践、临床实习、综合演练等人才培养方式,促进学员了解、掌握、内化心理危机干预相关技术、标准规范、注意事项,从而提升应用心理学专业学员的突发事件心理危机干预能力。

Public health emergencies not only cause the destruction of ecological environment,the loss of economic property and casualties,but also bring great psychological impact and even psychological crisis to the people involved.However,the evaluation and model of crisis intervention directly affect the effect of psychological crisis intervention.The ability of psychological crisis intervention has not been fully reflected in the training process of applied psychology.This paper analyzes and discusses the curriculum system and teaching and training settings of the emergency psychological crisis intervention ability in the training system of applied psychology professionals from different stages of learning and different levels of students.By exploring the training methods of professional core curriculum,professional skills training,teaching practice,clinical practice,comprehensive exercise,etc.,the students can understand,master and internalize the relevant technologies,standardnorms and precautions of psychological crisis intervention,so as to enhance the ability of the students of applied psychology to intervene in the emergency psychological crisis.
