我国护理混合式教学的研究热点与趋势分析

摘要 目的分析2009年1月-2020年1月我国混合式教学在护理领域内的研究热点,探究前沿趋势,为该领域研究者提供数据支持和参考。方法通过检索中文数据库中的文献,采用文献计量学方法分析其发表的年份、地区、期刊、研究类别、作者、关键词。结果共纳入390篇文献,发表在152种期刊上,发文量逐年上升;全国29个省市地区均有相关研究报道,地域分布以华东地区发文量最多;发文机构学校占85.38%,两家以上机构合作文献占15.16%;文献合作度为2.41,论文合著率为65.64%;以干预性研究为主,共229篇(58.72%);研究对象主要为护生(占93.15%);高频关键词包括混合式教学、混合式学习、混合式教学模式、翻转课堂等。结论我国混合式教学在护理领域研究呈上升趋势,但仍有较大研究空间;发文地区不均衡,需加强个人和机构间合作,研究对象需进一步扩大,研究水平和质量有待提高。 Objective To analyze the research hotspots in blended learning of nursing education in China from January 2009 to January 2020,and explore cutting-edge trends,in order to provide references for researchers.Methods By searching the literatures in the Chinese database,bibliometrics method was used to analyze the publication year,region,periodical,research category,author,and keywords.Results A total of 390 articles were included and published in 152 journals.The number of publications has increased year by year.There are related research reports in 29 provinces and cities across the country.East China has the most literatures.The number of publication institutions in school is 85.38%and more than two.Institutional cooperation literature accounted for 15.16%;the degree of literature cooperation was 2.41,and the co-authored rate was 65.64%;the main research was interventional,with a total of 229 articles(58.72%);the research object was mainly nursing students(93.15%);high frequency Keywords include blended teaching,blended learning,blended teaching mode,flipped classrooms,etc.Conclusion The research of blended learning of nursing in China is on the rise,but there is still a lot of research space;the area of publication is uneven,and cooperation between individuals and institutions needs to be strengthened.The research object needs to be further expanded.
