PEO指导下“以学生为中心”的康复治疗学的教学模式的理念探讨

Discussion on the Concept of"Student-Centered"Teaching Mode of Rehabilitation Therapy Under the Guidance of PEO

康复是“健康中国”国家战略和世界卫生组织(world health organization,WHO)2030可持续发展目标的重要组成之一,它对于提高全民健康水平和改善人民生活质量起着十分重要的作用。目前,康复专业人才短缺和服务能力不足是我国康复高等教育所面临的一个重要难题。康复高等教育质量在培养与发展康复人力资源方面起着决定性作用,选择适合发展康复教育体系的教育模式将对提升康复高等教育质量、培养康复人才奠定基础。本文选择国内作业治疗(occupational therapy,OT)中最常用的PEO(person-environment-occupation,PEO)作业治疗实践模式,分析将作业治疗的理论框架应用到中国康复高等教育中的可能性,从人才培养的根本需求出发,剖析高校构建康复高等教育模式的需求,旨在为构建“以学生为中心”的中国康复高等教育模式,完善康复教育结构,满足社会专业人才需求提出建议。同时,本文在康复专业高等教育不断探索、改革阶段,运用“PEO”作业模式寻找适合中国国情的康复高等教育模式,培养专业国际化的“精专”康复人才。

Rehabilitation is one of the important components of the"Healthy China"and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals of WHO.It plays a very important role in improving the health level of the whole people and the quality of life of the people.The quality of rehabilitation higher education plays a decisive role in the training and development of human resources for rehabilitation.The choice of education mode suitable for the development of rehabilitation education system will lay a foundation for improving the quality of rehabilitation higher education and training rehabilitation talents.In this paper,occupational therapy(occupational therapy,PEO)in China was selected,This paper analyzes the possibility of applying the theoretical framework of occupational therapy to the higher education of rehabilitation in China.It also analyzes the needs of Constructing Higher Education Mode of rehabilitation in Colleges and universities from the basic needs of personnel training,aiming at building a"student-centered"higher education mode of rehabilitation in China,improving the structure of rehabilitation education and meeting the needs of society Make suggestions on the demand of professional talents.
