同等学力与统招全日制临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的差异探讨

Analysis on the Differences Between the Training Mode of Full-Time Clinical Medical Professional Degree Postgraduates With Equivalent Academic Ability and Unified Enrollment

临床医学硕士专业学位的设立改变了我国对临床医师单一的培养模式,为在职临床医师提高自身素质和临床诊疗水平开辟了新途径。在当前教育变革的大背景下,为推进医学教育改革与发展,加强高层次应用型医学人才培养,在职临床医师以同等学力申请硕士专业学位已成为医学教育的重要组成部分,同时也是提高在职临床医师教育层次的重要途径,其培养质量对医疗水平,对人民生命质量安全有重大影响。本文针对同等学力申请专业学位研究生的特点,从培养思路、培养着力点和培养要点三方面对同等学力研究生培养模式与统招全日制专业学位研究生教育培养模式进行对照研究,以适应新形势下医学教育改革的需要,确保在职临床医师申请硕士专业学位的培养质量,旨在探索一种对同等学力研究生合理有效的人才培养模式,对在职硕士教育产生良好的促进作用,为医疗卫生事业体制改革中人才保障提供一定的依据。

The establishment of master's degree in clinical medicine has changed the single training mode of clinicians in China and opened up a new way for the on-the-job clinicians to improve their own quality,clinical diagnosis and treatment level.In view of the current situation of educational reform,to promote the reform and development of medical education and strengthen the training of high level applied medical personnel,it has become an important part of medical education for in-service clinicians to apply for master's degree with the equivalent educational level and also an important way to improve the educational level of in-service clinicians,the quality of its cultivation has a great impact on the level of medical and health care and the quality and safety of people's lives.In this paper,according to the characteristics of applying for professional degree graduate students with the the similar educational qualification,a comparative study was conducted on the training mode of postgraduates with the same educational level and full-time professional degree postgraduates enrolled by the unified recruitment from the three aspects of training ideas,training efforts and training points to meet the needs of the medical education reform under the new situation and ensure the training quality of in-service clinicians applying for the professional master degree,aiming to explore a reasonable and effective talent cultivation mode for graduate students with the same educational level,producing a good role in promoting on-the-job master's education and so that could provide a solid guarantee for the reform of the medical and health care system.
