留守女性乳腺癌患者的生存质量与社会支持的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship Between the Quality of Life and Social Support of Left Behind Women With Breast Cancer

目的了解留守女性乳腺癌患者的生存质量和社会支持情况,从而探究其生存质量与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用方便抽样的方法选择2018年7月—2019年12月医院收治的69例乳腺癌患者,并采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)中文版和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对患者进行问卷调查。结果60例留守女性乳腺癌患者的五项生存质量得分分别为生理状况(20.13±3.62)分,情感状况(19.54±4.16)分,社会/家庭状况(17.31±6.35)分,功能状况(16.45±4.35)分,附加的关注情况(21.38±6.23)分,生存质量总分为(91.87±15.43)分。60例留守女性乳腺癌患者的社会支持总分为(31.84±7.78)分,主观支持为(16.45±4.27)分,客观支持为(9.12±3.18)分,对支持的利用度为(7.43±1.86)分。经统计分析发现,生存质量与社会支持具有正相关(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论留守女性乳腺癌患者生存质量水平处于较低的水平,社会支持与生存质量之间呈正相关的关系,社会支持水平越高,其生存质量越高。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and social support of left behind female breast cancer patients,and to explore the correlation between quality of life and social support.Methods 69 cases of breast cancer patients in the hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method,and the patients were investigated with the Chinese version of breast cancer patients'quality of life(FACT-B)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The five quality of life scores of 60 left behind female breast cancer patients were(20.13±3.62)points in physiological status,(19.54±4.16)points in emotional status,(17.31±6.35)points in social/family status,(16.45±4.35)points in functional status,(21.38±6.23)points in additional attention,and(91.87±15.43)points in total.The total score of social support was(31.84±7.78)points,subjective support was(16.45±4.27)points,objective support was(9.12±3.18)points and utilization of support was(7.43±1.86)points.There was a positive correlation between the quality of life and social support of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The quality of life of left behind women with breast cancer is low,and social support is positively related to the quality of life.The higher the level of social support,the higher the quality of life.
