经鼻间歇正压通气对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果

Effect of Nasal Intermittent Positive Pressure Ventilation on Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的分析经鼻间歇正压通气(NIPPV)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床效果。方法选择我院NRDS患儿共70例,数字表随机分2组每组35例,nCPAP组的患儿给予nCPAP治疗,NIPPV治疗组采取NIPPV治疗。比较两组通气干预时间、氧暴露时间、开奶时间、总转归率、不良事件。结果NIPPV治疗组患儿的通气干预时间、氧暴露时间、开奶时间短于nCPAP组,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。NIPPV治疗组患儿的总转归率高于nCPAP组,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。NIPPV治疗组患儿的不良事件少于nCPAP组,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论NIPPV对于NRDS的治疗效果确切,有利于改善新生儿的生命体征,促使通气的时间有效缩短,还可加速开奶,这有利于减少不良情况发生,改善患儿的预后,并缩短治疗时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 70 children with NRDS in our hospital were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group.The children in the nCPAP group were treated with nCPAP,and the NIPPV treatment group was treated with NIPPV.The ventilation intervention time,oxygen exposure time,milk feeding time,total outcome rate,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The ventilation intervention time,oxygen exposure time,and feeding time of children in the NIPPV treatment group were shorter than those in the nCPAP group,P<0.05.The total outcome rate of children in the NIPPV treatment group was higher than that of the nCPAP group,P<0.05.The NIPPV treatment group had fewer adverse events than the nCPAP group,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion NIPPV has a definite therapeutic effect on NRDS,which is beneficial to improve the vital signs of newborns,effectively shorten the time of ventilation,and speed up milk feeding,which is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions,improve the prognosis of children,and shorten the treatment time.
