在乙肝感染孕妇中实施健康教育的影响

Effect of Implementation of Health Education on Breastfeeding Completion Rate of Pregnant Women With Hepatitis B Infection

目的探讨在乙肝感染孕妇实施健康教育的影响。方法本次实验中共纳入84例乙肝感染孕妇。于2018年3月—2019年3月期间选取84例乙肝感染孕妇作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为两组各42例,其中42例实施常规护理作为对照组,42例实施健康教育护理作为观察组,比较两组孕妇护理效果。结果干预前,两组孕妇负面情绪、母乳喂养能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组母乳喂养能力、母乳喂养完成情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乙肝感染孕妇实施健康教育,可明显缓解孕妇不良情绪,提高母乳喂养完成率。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on pregnant women with hepatitis B infection on breastfeeding completion rate.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,84 pregnant women with hepatitis B infection were selected.Forty-two cases were given routine care,as a control group,and forty-two cases were given health education care.As an observation group,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,The difference was not statistically significantthere was no significant difference in negative emotion and breastfeeding ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding ability and completion of breastfeeding in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health education in pregnant women with hepatitis B infection can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of pregnant women and improve the completion rate of breastfeeding.
