摘要
本文目的是提出基于用户研究方法的SOHO办公家具创新设计方法与流程。方法为围绕“以用户为中心”的设计理念,运用多种用户研究设计方法探究SOHO族群使用办公家具时的用户体验,分析SOHO族群用户行为和心理特征,挖掘用户对于办公家具的内在需求,并通过设计案例进行实践验证。结论为通过建立用户角色模型并运用“5W1H法”“问卷调研法”“深度访谈法”“用户体验地图”等设计方法,探讨办公家具未来发展新方向与新形式,旨在为未来SOHO办公家具的开发设计提供新思路。
This paper is aimed at putting forward the method and process of innovative design of SOHO office furniture based on user research method.Revolving Around the“user centered”design concept,this paper applies a variety of user research and design methods to explore the user experience of SOHO group when using office furniture,analyzes the user behavior and psychological characteristics of SOHO group,excavates users’internal needs for office furniture,and verifies by carrying out design cases.By means of building a user role model and applying the“5W1H method”,“questionnaire survey method”,“in-depth interview method”,“user experience map”and other design methods,this paper discusses the new direction and form of the future development of office furniture,as a way to provide new ideas for the future development and design of SOHO office furniture.
