固定玻璃式全景天窗车型顶衬孤岛的优化研究

Research on Headliner Island Optimization of Vehicle with Fixed Glass Panoramic Sunroof

针对无遮阳帘的固定玻璃式全景天窗车型,为使后排乘员获得最好的天窗通透性,同时满足车顶鲨鱼鳍的布置要求,会导致顶衬呈现孤岛特征。文章从长度、宽度和厚度3个方面对顶衬孤岛尺寸进行探讨,主要分析了各细分尺寸对长度尺寸、玻璃工艺对宽度尺寸、内部布置对厚度尺寸的限制及影响,给出了优化顶衬孤岛感知的有效措施。

For fixed glass panoramic sunroof models with no sunshade,in order to achieve the best skylight permeability for rear seat occupants and meet the requirements of shark fin layout on the roof,the roof lining will show the characteristics of island.Through discussing the size of the top lining island from three aspects of length,width and thickness,the limitation and influence of each subdivision size on the length size,glass process on the width size and internal layout on the thickness size are mainly analyzed,and the effective measures to optimize the perception of the top lining island are given.
