基于TRIZ的车辆制动跑偏研究

摘要 制动行驶安全性是汽车安全的重要部分。文章主要针对某车型的高速制动行驶跑偏问题,基于TRIZ理论,对车辆制动跑偏现象进行因果链分析,同时结合CAE仿真分析、主观评估及客观测试“三位一体”的评估方法,对路面、车辆配重、轮胎、悬架系统、制动系统和车身界面点尺寸等因素进行分析,找出关键问题,发现其中主销内倾角、控制臂前衬套硬点位置、控制臂后衬套刚度和左右轮制动力转向角差异对制动跑偏的敏感度较大。考虑到项目时间节点,确定了调整四轮定位参数范围、控制车身制造工艺公差和增加管路压力主动控制系统3个解决方案。文章对制动跑偏问题的研究过程及结论可为后续其他项目提供借鉴。 Brake safety is an important performance of vehicle.The problem of high-speed braking deviation of a certain vehicle is mainly focused in this paper;based on the TRIZ theory method,the causal chain analysis of the phenomenon of vehicle braking deviation is carried out.At the same time,the CAE simulation analysis,subjective evaluation and objective test are combined to evaluate the road surface.Factors such as vehicle counterweight,tires,suspension system,braking system,body interface point size,etc.are analyzed to find out the key issues,including the kingpin inclination angle,the hard point position of the front bushing of the control arm,and the stiffness of the rear bushing of the control arm.The difference in the steering angle of the left and right wheel braking force is more sensitive to braking deviation.Later,taking into account the project time node,three solutions are determined to adjust the four-wheel alignment parameter range,control the body manufacturing process tolerance,and the pipeline pressure active control system.The research process and conclusions of this article on the problem of braking deviation can be used for reference in other follow-up projects.
