泡棉布置对顶衬支撑及侧气帘点爆影响的分析

摘要 在低成本设计中,通常在顶衬背后布置泡棉以解决与立柱的间隙问题,而泡棉作为气帘点爆试验中的常见飞出物,对乘员安全和C-NCAP得分有着重要影响。因此,如何在满足乘员安全的同时解决间隙问题成为一项需要不断试验均衡的难题。文章从位置、形状、材料3个方面出发,以理论联系实际,分析了泡棉对顶衬支撑效果及侧气帘点爆的影响,提供了泡棉布置新思路,为后续设计提供参考。 In the low-cost design,foam is usually arranged behind the top lining to solve the gap problem with the column.As a common flying object in the air curtain point explosion test,foam has an important impact on the crew safety and C-NCAP score.Therefore,how to solve the gap problem while satisfying the crew safety has become a difficult problem requiring constant test balance.Based on the position,shape and material,the influence of foam on the supporting effect of the top lining and the point explosion of the side air curtain is analyzed in this paper by combining theory with practice,providing a new idea of foam arrangement and providing reference for the subsequent design.
