Innovate the Initial Training Method of Student Pilot to Increase the Passing Rate of Stage Check

筛选检查是飞行学生下分院经过一段时间飞行训练后的综合考核,筛选检查不过关学生做终止训练处理。结合笔者的带飞实践,通过案例分析和理论探讨,归纳出飞行学生在生理方面、心理方面、技术方面、思想方面存在的一些不利于飞行训练的短板和弱点,并据此改进教学手段,创新训练方法,以提高飞行学生筛选检查通过率,圆满完成初始训练任务。

Stage check is a comprehensive assessment of student pilot after a period of flight training in the branch school.If a student fails,the training will be terminated.This thesis combined the author's instructing practice and tried to clarify the issue through case analysis and theoretical discussion.The author summed up some shortcomings and weaknesses of student pilot in physical,psychological,technical,and ideological aspects that are not conducive to flight training.Improved teaching methods and innovate training methods also have been put forward to increase the passing rate of student pilot stage check and to successfully complete the initial training tasks.
