Prevalence survey of human resource in mental health institutions in Fuyang city

目的调查并分析安徽省阜阳市精神卫生机构人力资源现状,为决策部门合理配置精神卫生资源提供科学依据。方法 2019年12月以自编的精神卫生机构人力资源调查表,在阜阳市12家精神卫生机构(含综合医院精神科)开展问卷调查。结果截止2019年底,阜阳市各县(市)登记的精神卫生机构共12家,公立和民营医院各6家,实际开放精神科床位数2 730张,有精神科执业医师161人,其中研究生及以上学历2人,精神科注册护士456人,每10万人精神科执业医师数、精神科注册护士数和精神科床位数分别为1.99人,5.63人和33.73张。公立机构精神科医生和护士在职称、年龄和工作年限上有一定连续性,民营机构则存在断层。结论阜阳市缺乏高层次精神卫生专科人才,人员分布不合理,应重点加强精神卫生专科人才的引进与培训,提高其综合服务能力。

Objective To investigate and analyze the status of human resource in mental health institutions in Fuyang city,and provide scientific basis for the decision-making departments to reasonably allocate the resources of mental health.Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out in 12 mental health institutions(including the department of psychiatry in general hospitals), with self-designed Human Resources Questionnaire for Mental Health Institutions in Fuyang city in December, 2019. Results By the end of 2019, there were 12 mental health institutions registered in Fuyang city, including 6 public hospitals and 6 private hospitals, respectively, with 2 730 psychiatric beds(actually opened). Out of all 161 certified psychiatrists, there were 2 with the education background of postgraduate and above, 456 registered psychiatric nurses in the departments of psychiatry. The number was 1.99 of certified psychiatrists, 5.63 of registered psychiatric nurses and 33.73 of psychiatric beds per 100 000 population. There was a certain continuity of professional title, age and years of work in the sychiatrists and nurses in the public hospitals, but it couldn’t be found in the private institutions. Conclusions The highlevel mental health professionals are short in Fuyang city, and the personnel distribution is unreasonable. Introduction and training of the mental health talents should be emphatically strengthened to improve their capability of comprehensive service.
