创业团队内部社会资本如何重塑创业精神——一个三维调节效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 社会资本是影响创业精神的重要因素之一。由于新企业具有“小而新”的特质,导致其很难从外部获取资源,因此,有效地利用嵌入在创业团队内部的社会资本是新企业突破资源局限的关键。借鉴社会资本理论和高阶理论,根据来自432家新创企业的调查数据,探讨创业团队内部社会资本和创业精神的关系。实证结果表明:创业团队内部社会资本与创业精神之间存在正相关关系,同时,变革型领导行为对上述关系具有显著的调节效应。此外,企业的技术变革水平越高,变革型领导行为对创业团队内部社会资本与创业精神之间关系的调节作用越强。这些发现丰富了创业理论和社会资本理论,揭示了在技术变革情境下,新创企业领导者应当如何优化团队内部社会资本以激发创业精神的作用机理,为新企业激发创业活力提供了理论和实践指导。 Social capital is one of the important factors affecting entrepreneurship.Because new enterprises are“small and new”,it is difficult for them to obtain resources from outside.Therefore,the effective use of social capital embedded in the entrepreneurial team is the key to break through the“new and small”shortage of new enterprises.Based on social capital theory and higher order theory,this paper explores the relationship between social capital and internal entrepreneurship building.Based on the survey data of 432 start-ups from emerging economies,this paper confirms the positive correlation between social capital and entrepreneurship within entrepreneurial teams,and finds that transformational leadership behavior has a significant moderating effect on the above relationship.In addition,the results also show that the higher the level of technological change,the stronger the moderating effect of transformational leadership behavior on the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship.These findings reveal how new enterprise leaders should optimize the internal social capital to stimulate entrepreneurship in the context of technological innovation,enrich the theory of entrepreneurship and social capital theory,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for new enterprises to stimulate entrepreneurial vitality.
