考虑效率和效益提升的配网多能源系统投资决策模型 被引量:3

Investment decision model of multi-energy system in distribution network considering efficiency and benefit improvement

摘要 针对配网多能源系统当前能量供给难以适应负荷容量不断增加的问题,文章在研究通过投资建设提升系统可靠运行能力的同时,兼顾投资建设过程后设备的利用效率及收益,利用可再生能源发电设备、储能设备和改造线路在多时空间尺度上对配电网的支撑作用,进行投资容量和选址决策。首先,给出了配网多能源系统拓扑结构,在此基础上分别建立配网多能源系统储能、可再生能源发电和线路改造投资收益模型。然后,对于所需投资设备进行分期规划,建立考虑效率效益双目标的投资时段决策模型;再基于所提出的改进枚举求解方法,对储能设备、可再生能源发电设备和线路改造求解容量和分期投资决策模型。最后,基于某地区多能源电网实际运行数据,建立配网多能源系统投资决策仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提投资决策模型能够提升配网多能源系统投资的效率和效益。 Aiming at the problem that the current energy supply in the distribution network multienergy system is difficult to ensure the continuous increase of load capacity,this paper uses research investment and construction to improve the reliable operation of the system,while taking into account the utilization efficiency and income of the equipment after the investment and construction process.Use renewable energy power generation equipment,energy storage equipment,and transformation lines to support the distribution network on a multi-temporal spatial scale,and make decisions about investment capacity and site selection.First,the topological structure of the distribution network multi-energy system is given,and on this basis,the distribution network multi-energy system energy storage,renewable energy power generation and line transformation investment income models are respectively established.Secondly,the required investment equipment is planned by stages,and an investment period decision model considering the dual goals of efficiency and benefit is established;then,based on an improved enumeration method,the capacity of energy storage equipment,renewable energy power generation equipment and line transformation is carried out.And the staged investment decisionmaking model is solved.Finally,based on the actual operation data of the multi-energy grid in a certain area,a simulation model for the investment decision-making of the multi-energy distribution network is established.The simulation results verify that the proposed investment decision model can improve the efficiency and benefit of the investment of the multi-energy distribution network system.
