海参居维氏管研究进展

摘要 海参科中部分海参有一种重要的防御器官——居维氏管(Cuvierian tubules),具有黏性和毒性,当海参遇到危险后会将它排出缠绕敌人而得以逃脱。居维氏管含有丰富的海参皂苷,具有重要的药用价值。近年来,随着海参养殖产业的快速发展,海参居维氏管的理化性质和生物活性受到关注,然而相关研究较少。本文围绕目前海参居维氏管的研究成果,从其结构和成分、力学性能、黏性、药用活性及在海参再生过程中的作用等方面进行总结,探讨海参居维氏管的可利用性,旨在为海参资源的合理开发利用提供科学依据。 Some sea cucumber species has an important defense organ,the Cuvierian tubule,which is sticky and toxic.When encountering danger,sea cucumber could expel Cuvierian tubule to entangle the enemy and escape.In addition,the Cuvierian tubules are rich in sea cucumber saponins,which have important medicinal value.In recent years,with the rapid development of sea cucumber culture industry,more attention has been paid to the physicochemical properties and biological activities of sea cucumber Cuvierian tubules.However,there were few related studies.In this paper,the present research results of sea cucumber Cuvierian tubules were summarized from the aspects of its structure and composition,mechanical properties,viscosity,medicinal activity and the role in the regeneration process of sea cucumber.The availability of sea cucumber Cuvierian tubules were discussed also and to provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of sea cucumber resources.
