多等级电动出租车充电站选址 被引量:1

摘要 充电站作为保障电动汽车运行的重要基础配套服务设施,其合理布局对于推广电动汽车具有重要意义。本文从浮动车数据中分析出租车的运行特性,提取充电需求。考虑出租车司机的距离选择偏好,建立最大化满足充电需求与充电站建设成本最小化的多等级充电站充电选址模型,探寻在充电桩数量一定条件下的充电站最佳布局方案。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行模型求解,选址结果表明,当建设费用在10575万元时,未满足的充电需求最少为211个。
