Design and Implementation of Employment Recommendation System Based on Django

随着互联网行业的推动与在线招聘的迅速发展,用户怎样快速找到合适的工作,企业怎样招聘到更符合条件的人才成为难题,因此设计就业推荐系统成为必要和迫切。该设计采用Django框架,PyCharm开发环境,MySQL数据存储,通过对个人信息、用户浏览、投递简历、收藏夹等行为进行分析,采用推荐算法,推荐用户与之匹配的岗位,减少信息推送,提高用户求职效率,降低用户求职过程中的时间成本。

With the promotion of the Internet industry and the rapid development of online recruitment,how to quickly find suitable jobs for users and how to recruit more qualified talents for enterprises have become difficult problems.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to design an employment recommendation system.This design uses Django framework,PyCharm development environ⁃ment,MySQL data storage,through the analysis of personal information,user browsing,sending resume,favorites and other behav⁃ior,using recommendation algorithm,recommend users to match the position,reduce information push,improve the efficiency of us⁃er job search,reduce the time cost in the process of user job search.
