单层高速电渣堆焊技术研究

Study on Single Layer High Speed Electroslag Surfacing Technology

摘要 本文以SA387Gr22CL2为基层材料,采用进口的SOUDOTAPE 24.12.LNB焊带配RECORD EST129焊剂对单层高速带极电渣堆焊技术进行研究,通过一系列工艺试验,摸索出最佳的工艺参数和技术措施。单层高速带极电渣堆焊技术在国内鲜有研究,目前还未得到广泛推广。通过试验得知该技术对焊接设备的稳定性和电源容量要求高,具有速度快、热输入小等优点,同时对比不同厚度下的化学成分的变化规律,计算了C、Cr、Ni、Nb等重要元素的稀释率,分析该技术较单层普速电渣堆焊具有效率高、熔深深、稀释率略高等特点。 In this paper,take SA387Gr22CL2 as base material,study on single layer high speed electroslag surfacing technology by adopting imported SOUDOTAPE 24.12.LNB with flux RECORD EST129.Through a series of process tests,the best process parameters and technical measures are found out.Single layer high speed electroslag surfacing technology is rarely studied in China,at present,it has not been widely promoted.Through the experiment,we know that the technology requires high stability and power capacity of welding equipment,it has the advantages of high speed and small heat input.At the same time,the changes of chemical composition under different thickness were compared,and calculated the dilution ratios of C、Cr、Ni and Nb,It is analyzed that this technology is better than single layer common speed electroslag surfacing,such as higher efficiency,deeper melting depth and slightly higher dilution rate.
