摘要
由水杨酸和乙酸酐经酰化反应合成的酯类化合物乙酰水杨酸即为阿司匹林,是一种非甾体抗炎药,在医药领域的应用非常广泛。综述了水杨酸和乙酸酐在有机酸催化、无机酸催化、有机碱催化、无机碱催化、微波催化、超声催化、离子液体催化、碘单质催化下合成阿司匹林的方法,并分析了每种催化方法的优缺点,为今后合成阿司匹林的催化方法研究提供参考。
Acetylsalicylic acid is a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which is synthesized by acylation of salicylic acid and acetic anhydride. The synthesis of aspirin from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride under the catalysis of organic acid, inorganic acid, organic base, inorganic base, microwave, ultrasonic, ionic liquid and iodine are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each catalytic method are analyzed, so as to provide reference for the future research on the catalytic method of aspirin synthesis.
