摘要
利用风洞试验和CFD模拟方法,研究了风向角和双机间距对岸边集装箱起重机群风力系数的影响。研究指出:风向角是影响岸桥风力系数的主要因素,可产生38.79%的差距;双机间距仅在70m内起明显作用,且影响程度在0.1%以下;起重机最不利风向为45°;有无遮挡时风力系数变化趋势相反。同时研究结果表明:风沿大车轨道方向作用时,处在下风处的岸桥能获得约(23-35)%的风载折减。最后给出群体折减率表,这可为后续对港口岸桥群的风载折减关系的研究提供参考。
Wind tunnel test and CFD simulation were used to study the influence of wind direction angle and distance between two cranes on the wind coefficients of quayside container cranes.It is pointed out that the wind direction angle is the main factor affecting the wind coefficient of quayside container crane,which can cause a 38.79% gap;the distance between two cranes only plays a significant role within 70 m,and the degree of influence is less than 0.1%;the most unfavorable wind direction of crane is 45 degrees;what is more,the trend of wind coefficient is opposite when there is shield or not.Furthermore,the results show that when the wind acts in the direction of the train track,the quayside bridge in the downwind can get about(23~35)% wind load reduction.In addition,the group reduction rate table is given,which can provide a reference for the follow-up study on the wind load reduction relationship of quayside container crane bridge groups.
