摘要
针对焦炉自动测温的需求,设计一种可搭载于测温机器人上的双滚桶式炉盖提升机构。双滚筒通过同时缠绕两条柔性提升带带动电磁铁实现对铁质炉盖的抓取与释放。以不锈钢材质的提升带为例分析其与滚筒连接处的受力特性,并对其与滚筒形成的组合体进行模态分析,预测提升机构的失效形式可能为根部撕裂。使用不锈钢和碳纤维两种提升带进行提升试验,前者进行七千个提升循环之后在与滚筒连接处撕裂,后者在五万个提升循环之后表面起毛,编织结构松散。为进一步提高碳纤维材质提升带的使用寿命,使用水性聚氨酯对碳纤维作表面包覆处理,利用扫描电镜观测处理前后的碳纤维编织带结构。最后经过试验表明,双滚桶式提升机构使用经过水性聚氨酯包覆处理的碳纤维布,配合电磁铁可实现对铁质炉盖十万次以上的提升动作。
Aiming at the demand of automatic temperature measurement for coke oven fire hole,Design of a double-barrel furnace cover hoisting mechanism which can be mounted on the temperature measuring robot.By twin drums winding two flexible lifts at the same time,the electromagnet is driven to grasp and release the iron cover.Taking the lifting belt made of stainless steel as an example,the mechanical characteristics of the lifting belt connected with the drum are analyzed,the modal analysis of the combination of the drum and the drum is carried out,predicting the failure form of lifting mechanism may be root tear.Lifting test with stainless steel and carbon fiber lifting belts,the former was torn at the connection with the drum after 7,000 lifts,After 50,000 lifts,the surface of the latter is fuzzed and the knitting structure is loose.In order to further improve the service life of carbon fiber material lifting belt,Carbon fibers are coated with waterborne polyurethane,the structure of carbon fiber braided ribbons before and after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Finally,the test results show that carbon fibre cloth coated with waterborne polyurethane is used in double drum lifting mechanism,with the help of electromagnet,more than 100,000 lifting actions of iron furnace cover can be realized.
