电动行李箱车设计与研究

摘要 为了解决传统人力拖拉式行李箱给出行带来的诸多不便,设计了一种可乘坐、稳定可靠且方便携带的电动行李箱车,利用三维制图软件建立结构模型,通过有限元分析软件对车架在弯曲工况下受力情况进行仿真分析,同时制作车架的实物模型并通过试验来验证仿真结果,试验数据表明有限元模型的正确性,在此基础上,进一步研究了车架在满载弯曲、弯扭联合、紧急制动和紧急转弯这4种典型工况下受力情况,并进行模态分析,结果表明所设计的电动行李箱车车架稳定可靠,符合使用需求。 In order to solve the inconvenience caused by the traditional luggage which people should carry by oneself when travel,a motor-driven Luggage car which can ride is designed.It is stable,reliable and easy to carry.The structure model is established by using three-dimensional graphics software.The stress of the frame under bending conditions is simulated by finite element software,and then a frame model is made and tested.The test data show that the finite element model is correct.On this basis,the stresses of the frame in full-load bending condition,in torsion condition,in emergency braking condition,in emergency turn condition are studied,meanwhile the modal analysis of the frame is carried out.The results show that the frame is stable and reliable,and meets the needs of use.
