摘要
辊道式鱼苗分选机主要通过阶梯轴间距分级原理,实现不同大小鱼苗的依次分选。基于离散元法,建立鱼苗-机械耦合模型,且通过试验验证仿真模型的准确性,从而得出最优的工作参数组合。在此基础上,选取鱼苗的体长、体宽、体高作为试验因素,分鱼准确率、鱼苗进槽率为试验指标进行多因素正交试验,并对仿真结果进行了显著性分析。结果表明:影响分鱼准确率的主次因素顺序为:体长、体高、体宽;影响鱼苗进槽率的主次因素顺序为:体宽、体高、体长。结合实际作业分选要求,确定影响鱼苗分选机适应性的主次顺序为体长、体宽、体高。最后通过鱼苗分选机分析鲫鱼、草鱼、鲢鱼、鳊鱼的适应性,为后续鱼苗分选机的结构优化提供参考依据。
The roller type fry sorting machine mainly realizes the sequential sorting for fry with different sizes by the stepping principle of stepped shaft spacing.Based on the discrete element method,the fry-mechanical coupling model is established,and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by experiments to obtain the optimal combination of working parameters.On this basis,the body length,body width and body height of the fry were selected as the test factors,and the accuracy rate of the fish and the entry rate of the fry were tested by the multi-factor orthogonal test,and the simulation results were analyzed significantly.The results show that the order of primary and secondary factors that affect the accuracy of fish separation is:body length,body height,and body width;the order of primary and secondary factors that affect the entry rate of fry is:body width,body height,and body length.Combined with the actual operation sorting requirements,the primary and secondary order that affects the adaptability of the fry sorting machine is determined as body length,body width,and body height.Finally,the adaptability of crucian carp,grass carp,silver carp and bream is analyzed by the fry sorting machine,which provides a reference basis for the structural optimization of the subsequent fry sorting machine.
